Then, sit on your feet and put the nosal of lota (filled with the saline water) into your right nostril. Bend your neck towards left side so that water comes out from other nostril. Keep your mouth open such as to breathe lightly from the throat, taking care that the water does not go into the throat. Repeat the process from the other nostril with the rest of the water. After this, stnd up and bend your waist forward. Now do the Bhratika Pranayam, that is, shut the mouth and blow out from the nose while bending towards left and right sides. This should be done hastily so that the unused water is thrown out of the nose. lastly, apply coconut oil in the nose.
